Tasks
Job Responsibility
- Financial Leadership & Compliance
- lead the local finance and controlling team, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting aligned with IFRS standards.
- conduct monthly financial reviews and maintain transparent communication with HQ.
- uphold regulatory compliance and drive a culture of financial integrity.
- Budgeting & Operational Performance
- develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts; analyze performance vs. plan.
- identify variances and provide strategic insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- actively monitor business trends, risks, and opportunitie
- Partnering & Cost Management
- support plant leadership in commercial decisions, project evaluations and margin enhancement initiatives.
- build cost models and implement lifecycle costing approaches to optimize expenses early in project lifecycles.
- drive automation and efficiency across financial processes.
- Investment & Project Support
- evaluate major capital investment opportunities.
- provide cost-benefit analysis and long-term economic assessments to guide strategic decisions, including capacity expansions.
- IT & Systems Oversight
- lead SAP FI/CO implementation and ensure system integration across MM, SD, and PP modules.
- support system interoperability between SAP, EDI, MES, and other platforms.
- maintain the plant's IT infrastructure, including hardware, network systems, and basic software support
Requirements
Qualifications
at least 8 years in Financial Planning & Analysis, cost accounting or controlling, ideally within manufacturing or automotive supply chains.
fluent in English (spoken and written); Chinese is a plus.
solid grasp of spanish GAAP, IFRS, and local tax laws
strong skills in budgeting, variance analysis, cost modeling, and internal controls.
familiar with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and cross-functional IT collaboration.
