Actively prospect and engage with small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) across the Netherlands.

Efficiently qualify potential opportunities to keep the sales pipeline moving smoothly.
Keep all lead data and communication notes immaculate within the CRM system (because clean data makes everyone happy).
What You Should Bring: The Dutch-Speaking Growth Connector
Language Skills: Native-level fluency in Dutch and a professional level of English.
Sales DNA: Previous experience in outbound sales, business development, or lead generation. You are genuinely comfortable picking up the phone and guiding a conversation.
You enjoy autonomy and love taking full ownership of your daily performance.
Strong persuasion skills, active listening, and the natural ability to build quick rapport with business owners.
A genuine interest in fintech, fast-scaling tech companies, or financial solutions for SMEs.
Prior experience working with modern CRM platforms to track your sales activity.
On top of that, an uncapped commission structure allows for a total earning potential of up to €4,500 to €5,000 per month based on your performance targets.
The Journey & Setup: You will enjoy a remote-first setup during your initial months. Once the brand-new Barcelona office opens, the team will transition to an on-site rhythm of 4 days a week in the office, giving you that great community vibe. Plus, you get 1 week per year to work completely remotely from wherever you like!
