This position will be key in leading departmental projects and cross-functional projects within Embutidos Monells and the Group related to the supply chain. Responsibilities: The position reports directly to the Supply Chain Director, overseeing procurement, supplies, planning, customer service, shipping, and logistics. The main functions include: Planning production forecasts in coordination with operations and commercial departments. Scheduling weekly, quarterly, and projected production versus actual production. Configuring and adjusting AI algorithms in the demand planning software. Analyzing forecasts, stock, and needs. Developing and analyzing KPIs. Managing continuous improvement projects in the supply chain. Participating in cross-group projects within Argal.
