This role is perfect for someone early in their career who enjoys problem-solving, creative design, and hands-on technical work, and who wants to grow into a full account management position through structured training and mentorship.What You'll DoLearn to manage customer accounts across Spain, the EU, and other marketsTranslate customer ideas into clear, manufacturable design conceptsCollaborate with internal design, engineering, and production teamsAssist with quoting, documentation, and CRM (NetSuite) project trackingHelp prepare presentations, prototypes, and client samplesParticipate in trade shows and occasional brewery visitsWhat We're Looking For0–3 years of experience in a technical, design, or customer-facing roleBackground or education in industrial design, mechanical engineering, or related field (preferred, not required)Technically curious, organized, and eager to learnStrong communication skills in Spanish and EnglishFrench, German, or other European language skills a plusValid EU work permit and B driving licenseEnthusiasm for beer, design, and creative manufacturingTraining & GrowthYou'll receive direct mentorship from experienced account managers and technical leads.
