Responsibilities
- Support Retail Operations activities in Spain and Portugal, acting as a key point of contact between stores and the head office.
- Work within the Western Hub EMEA team and contribute to global projects.
- Located in Madrid.
- Maintain advanced English (C1) proficiency.
- Prior experience in retail operations, especially in the retail sector.
Sales Support
- Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact between stores and head office.
- Identify issues or improvement areas and find solutions with stakeholders.
- Grant and update sales system information.
- Check and support regular store orders to ensure efficient service (packaging, gift cards, stock supplies, etc.).
- Create, modify, and validate access codes in the store software.
Communication
- Ensure the quality and consistency of communication flow between headquarters and stores (newsletters, sales guidelines, sales calendar, communication packages, etc.).
- Coordinate weekly and monthly sales meetings between the Retail team and other departments.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
Processes & Projects
- Analyze and review current business practices to ensure stores effectively use systems, standards and processes.
- Implement new procedures and guidelines based on company requests.
- Create, supervise and train retail teams in various operational procedures and processes.
- Implement and manage omnichannel strategy and related market topics.
- Progress and follow up on various projects.
- Act as contact person for selected “Pilot” projects, facilitating their implementation and learning for the team.
- Coordinate project meetings for openings, closings, and renovations of points of sale and ensure proper functionality.
- Organize and lead conferences, seminars, and team events.
Reports & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze direct customer feedback.
- Create and update reports to track performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track team budgets.
- Support retail directors (Spain & Portugal) with ad‑hoc requests such as reports, analysis of key statistics, presentations, and motivational levers for retail teams.
- Track and calculate team bonuses in the store.
Your Profile
- University degree or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication or similar.
- Master’s degree related to the position highly valued.
- Previous experience in operations, retail, sales or similar department.
- Analytical, organized thinking and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of business expectations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and high level of commitment.
- Good knowledge of the retail world (sales environment and system).
- Fluency in Spanish and English (C1 Advanced). Knowledge of Portuguese is highly valued.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Enthusiastic, confident, motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple requests with priority management.
