Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and empathetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Dutch/French) to join our growing support team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers in the Benelux region, providing solutions to queries, processing orders, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats in both Dutch and French, providing accurate information with empathy and professionalism.
- Order Management: Process sales orders, returns, and track shipments using our CRM/ERP system.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve product-related questions, complaints, and issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain updated customer records, notes, and interactions in the system.
- Collaboration: Work alongside sales, marketing, and logistics departments to provide seamless service.
Requirements
- Languages: Native/bilingual proficiency in both Dutch and French (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in English.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or a call center environment is highly preferred.
