OverviewThe IAM Security Architect (m/f/d) is responsible for designing the overall IAM strategy, defining security frameworks, and ensuring IAM solutions align with business and security objectives.
They work with engineering teams, IT Teams, and compliance teams to create a secure identity and access management architecture.LocationThe working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre, where we are currently setting up a new office location.
Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months, you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model afterwards.
This position is not a fully remote position, and an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement secure IAM architectures (e.g. SSO, MFA, PAM, CIAM, B2B) aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirementsDevelop Zero Trust Frameworks and IAM Governance Models for Cloud, On-Prem and Hybrid EnvironmentsDefine, Implement and Ensure IAM compliance with relevant regulations, frameworks and standards (such as ISO, NIST, GDPR)Conduct IAM Risk Assessment and Drive Security Improvements across the organizationLead security architecture assessment, discussions and initiativesAdopt and promote a security-by-design approach with the different stakeholdersForesight technological development and anticipate impact on IAMActively contribute to the Coporate Information Security architecture community, sharing insights and best practicesCollaborate and work closely with IT, DevOps and IS TeamsQualificationsBachelor's/Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field3+ years in cybersecurity, preferrably as IAM Security ArchitectFollowing certificates are preferred; CISSP, SABSA and Cloud CertificatesEnglish is a Must, German and French are a plusKnowledge of security frameworks and standardsExpertise in related protocols (e.g. SAML, Kerberos, OAuth, LDAP, Radius, ...)Good understanding of access control frameworksDeep understanding of security architectures and frameworks (e.g. Zero Trust)Hands-on experience with IAM platformsOur commitment to you: your benefitsAttractive salary and social benefitsFlexible and hybrid workingFreedom for creative workSafe and secure workplaceIndividual development and training opportunitiesMeal voucherLife and accident insuranceExclusive offer for a premium private health insurance packageBonus payments for Christmas and holidays, based on the collective agreementApplication processPlease only use the online application option.
