You will lead the commercial interface with customers (OEM), ensuring smooth coordination across operations, finance, and supply chain.
Account ManagementMonitor customer requirements (Legal, ESG, compliance)Billing & Accounts ReceivableManage Accounts Receivable and production-related billing (including adjustments and retro pricing)Monitor JIS/JIT billing processesPerform weekly payment analysis and month-end closing activitiesSales AdministrationPerform monthly sales closing and reportingMonitor sales performance (MTD/YTD) and annual volumesPrepare forecasts and market analysisAnalyze financial data related to automotive production processesPrice ManagementManage pricing data and price change history (including retroactivities)Maintain master price data and ensure accuracyCollaborate with Quality, Pricing, Materials and IT departmentsSupport EDI system improvementsBachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration or similar)At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in automotive/commercial rolesEnglish (professional level required)MS Office (advanced user)Experience with EDI systems, ERP/SAP is a plus
