About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused French-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join a leading company in the automotive industry based in Barcelona. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, customer relationships, and automotive solutions, looking to grow in an international and commercial environment.
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage inbound and outbound sales activities, support French-speaking customers, and help drive business performance by identifying opportunities and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for French-speaking customers
Identify sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers
Provide product information and guidance on automotive solutions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems
Meet individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives
Requirements
Native/fluent French (C1+)
Good English level (B2+)
Strong communication and persuasive sales skills
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage
Interest in the automotive sector is a plus

Rotative schedule: Monday – Saturday | 09:00 – 20:00
