This role is ideal for an experienced Business Development Manager eager to join a leading company in orthopaedic and medical device equipment. The manager will develop growth strategies, build key customer relationships, identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and stay informed about market trends. Collaboration with Orthopaedic Sales and Marketing teams is essential to create strategies, develop metrics, and maximize revenue channels.Key ResponsibilitiesAccountable for sales forecast, budget, and demand planning with regional and global management.Prospect potential new customers through networking and outreach.Arrange meetings with stakeholders via targeted organizations.Research potential accounts with local sales and marketing teams.Participate in setting capital pricing aligned with regional and global strategies.Prepare commercial quotes and agreements, ensuring legal and compliance adherence.Align commercial models and pricing to customer needs, managing multiple stakeholders.Handle objections, negotiate, and close deals effectively.Provide after-sales support and feedback.Grow and retain existing accounts by launching new products and software.Plan the launch of new platforms and extend pipelines with regulatory support.Attend conferences to gather market insights and competitive intelligence.Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and channels to increase sales.Develop unique selling propositions based on market and competitor analysis.Present business reviews and reports to senior management monthly.Manage customer data using CRM tools to inform strategic decisions.Provide technical expertise to local field specialists.Implement regional marketing strategies and develop service infrastructure in key countries.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to develop opportunities and synergies.Qualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent;
MBA or Master preferred.Experience in healthcare and capital equipment, preferably medical devices.Passion for disruptive technologies and innovation.Ability to build relationships with procurement groups.Proven success in prospecting and developing large-scale deals.Strong leadership and motivation skills for medical solutions sales.Experience in multicultural project management is a plus.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English;
