What We´re Looking For:
* Fluent/Proficiency level in German and advanced English
* Training or experience in IT technologies, especially Cloud solutions or Microsoft products such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Windows
* Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, professionalism, critical and logical thinking for effective problem solving
* Previous technical support experience or IT technician background is a plus
