We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer / Growth Performance Manager with a strong growth mindset and deep experience in e-commerce performance marketing.

You will own paid media performance end-to-end, working closely with clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders to scale profitable revenue, not just ROAS. You will be responsible for strategy, execution, analysis, communication, and optimization across the full customer journey.

This role is for you.

Requisites:

* Previous experience working with eCommerce Agency or Ecommerce Brands (required)

* 5+ years Meta Ads experience (required)

* 3+ years Google Ads experience (required)

* 1+ year TikTok Ads experience (preferred)

* Strong e-commerce experience (mandatory)

* Proven experience spending $50k–$100k+ per month on a single Meta ad account

* Growth-oriented, results-driven mindset

* Understands that performance = ads + creative + landing page + offer

* Able to guide clients beyond ads with strategic recommendations

* Fast executor, not slow or over-process oriented

* Comfortable speaking directly with clients

* Team player who accepts feedback and communicates clearly

* Hungry to learn, grow, and scale brands long term

What You'll Do

* Own and scale Meta Ads (primary channel)

* Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)

* Support and test TikTok Ads when relevant

* Manage $100k+ monthly ad spend per account

* Optimize for profit and growth, not just ROAS

* Work with MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and contribution margins

* Analyze data to understand what's working, what's not, and why

* Define paid media strategy aligned with business goals

* Give clear direction to the creative team (angles, hooks, formats, tests)

* Conduct macro research and competitor analysis

* Advise on landing pages, offers, and funnel improvements

* Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

* Lead weekly client calls and strategy discussions

* Communicate directly with clients via Slack and calls

* Move fast, respect timelines, and take full ownership of results
