Job Description
An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Management role has arisen within Airbus Operations, El Puerto de Santa Maria (Cadiz).
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the resolution of complex quality problems and continuous improvement projects by setting measurement standards and identifying/facilitating improvements to increase operating process and product adherence to standards.
- Enhance process improvement and process repeatability before any process changes are made and continuously throughout the life of the product (Industry Qualifications, Product and Process Profitability After Changes (PPV)).
- Manage and improve environmental conditions in the halls.
- Implement action plans linked to product and process deviations.
- Oversee supplier quality management.
- Improve KPIs set up.
Skills
- Educated in an Engineering degree.
- Experience in Quality or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, proactive and structured.
- Advanced level in English and Spanish.
