We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Workplace Engineer to join our team.
The selected candidate may be based in any of our offices located in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, or Norway.
Key responsabilities
* Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint sites and workflows to support business processes and enhance collaboration.
* Build and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), improving efficiency and user experience.
* Develop and implement Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable business insights aligned with organizational goals
* Explore and integrate AI capabilities (e.g., AI Builder, cognitive services) into Power Platform solutions to enhance automation and decision-making.
* Ensure all solutions are cost-effective and aligned with group technologies and strategic objectives.
* Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform and AI solutions within the broader IT ecosystem.
* Support the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization, promoting digital workplace transformation and user engagement.
Minimum requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform certification or equivalent.
* Experience in developing and maintaining SharePoint sites and workflows.
Key Skills:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* Knowledge of data visualization best practices and trends.
* Proficiency in SQL, Power Platform, and AI tools (e.g., AI Builder, Azure Cognitive Services).
Requirements to be taken into account:
* Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
* Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 environments.
* Familiarity with AI integration in business applications.
* Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator or equivalent certification.
