We're partnered with a fast-growing German/US software company operating in the industrial technology / cybersecurity space, supporting large manufacturing and enterprise organisations.
The business has a strong partner-led GTM, with ~40% of revenue driven through channel partners, particularly via an established distributor ecosystem.
They are now looking to expand and strengthen their partner network across Southern Europe, with a focus on Italy and Spain.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact Channel Sales role focused on:
Expanding and developing the regional partner ecosystem
Driving channel revenue growth
Acting as the bridge between partners, enterprise customers, and internal teams
You'll play a key role in scaling the business through strategic distributors, VARs, and system integrators, while also supporting cross-sell opportunities into enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Build and expand a strong channel partner network across Italy and Spain
Recruit, onboard, and train new partners
Enable partners to effectively sell and position the solution
Manage and grow relationships with existing distributors and resellers
Drive revenue through partner-led opportunities and joint sales motions
Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to cross-sell into larger accounts
Represent the company at industry and partner events across the region
Profile They're Looking For
Experience in channel / partner sales within software, SaaS, or industrial tech
Proven track record of:
Recruiting and onboarding partners
Building and growing partner ecosystems
Comfortable working with distributors, VARs, and system integrators
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a high-travel, field-based role
Fluent in English + Italian or Spanish (both is a plus)
