What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for guests by handling internal and external calls with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. You’ll provide accurate information and ensure every guest feels cared for from the very first interaction.
- Deliver personalized assistance by understanding guest needs and offering solutions that enhance their stay, creating a seamless and memorable experience.
- Build strong relationships with external partners and internal teams, always prioritizing guest satisfaction and maintaining a collaborative approach.
- Stay informed and proactive by keeping up-to-date with hotel services, events, and promotions, ensuring you can provide guests with the latest and most relevant information.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling guest data across systems (PMS, Reservations, Guest Requests), safeguarding their privacy at all times.
- Support the Front Office Management team with additional tasks that contribute to guest satisfaction and smooth daily operations.
Qualifications

- A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Language proficiency: English and Spanish required; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility with schedules and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
