Experteer Overview In this role you will support Innovamat’s global Marketing and Revenue teams by owning data quality, segmentation, and operations across the communication stack. You will optimize how campaigns are executed and measured, enabling scalable, data-driven marketing. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to improve processes, data models, and tooling that power emails, webinars, and classroom platforms, contributing to a high-impact education mission.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Feed, maintain and improve databases powering communication tools to enable precise campaigns and granular segmentation - Support execution of complex campaigns, enabling autonomous marketing while handling technically challenging processes - Analyze campaign performance and provide insights on conversion, engagement and audience behavior - Administer technical/operational support for webinars and trainings, ensuring data capture and synchronization within Revenue ecosystem - Optimize inbound lead processes, standardize entry workflows, and improve handover mechanisms - Maintain and grow global contact database ensuring data quality, reliability and compliance;
monitor health metrics and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Meeting Generation, Marketing and Customer Success to ensure alignment across Revenue - Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and support implementation of internal tools and automationsResponsabilidades - Bachelor in Engineering (or related STEM/data-driven field) - Strong interest in process optimization, marketing technology, CRM governance and data analytics - Experience or willingness to learn spreadsheets, structured datasets, segmentation logic and campaign data models - Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and critical thinking about processes and data quality - Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales and Revenue teams - High autonomy, ownership and problem-solving attitude;
