We are looking for an CX Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on enterprise-scale CX platforms built on AWS and Amazon Connect, delivering modern, intelligent customer experiences for global organisations.
You’ll work across frontend development, backend integrations, and cloud services, building end-to-end contact centre solutions and conversational AI experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and customise Amazon Connect Agent Workspaces and Contact Control Panels
* Implement backend services using AWS Lambda, Node.js and Python
* Build and integrate Amazon Lex chatbots for conversational AI experiences
* Develop APIs using Amazon API Gateway and integrate with external systems such as CRMs
* Support contact flows, routing logic, and omnichannel customer interactions
* Contribute to scalable architectures using modern serverless AWS services
Required Skills & Experience
* 3+ years of experience in software development or cloud application development
* Basic knowledge of AWS or cloud computing concepts
* Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaborative engineering teams
