Additional benefits include: Industry-leading talent development initiatives and competitive benefits Flexible Workplace Policy and working hours Access to internal training opportunities Excellent benefits such as a competitive pension scheme and health insurance Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the end-to-end shipment process Coordinate with stakeholders involved in shipments Orchestrate the overall flow of shipments Provide value-added solutions to customers through business knowledge and process understanding Resolve queries with shippers, customers, key account managers, and other stakeholders promptly Maintain a customer-centric approach to prevent errors and implement corrective measures Prepare and submit documents accurately and timely, keeping stakeholders informed Responsible for cross-selling, up-selling, and customer retention Adhere to processes, SOPs, and IOPs during operations Identify and report process deviations proactively Respond to inquiries timely and escalate issues as needed Participate in conference calls to ensure seamless communication Record and report performance metrics for service delivery and failures Collaborate with KCMs and the commercial team to strengthen customer relationships Monitor KPIs and comply with customer SOPs Execute assigned reports and tasks We Are Looking For Solid experience in logistics/supply chain and related areas Good knowledge of logistics companies and supply chain operations from origin to destination Fluency in English; French is a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for delivering high-level customer service and driving closures Result-oriented and well-organized under pressure Team player with a collaborative mindset Good understanding of operational processes Sense of urgency and persistence despite obstacles Positive, proactive attitude We Look Forward to Your Application!
