About the Role
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage transitions. You will also drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies within the marketing context.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic advisor to the Product Group, ensuring HR strategies are aligned with business goals.
* Lead talent management efforts, including performance management, development, and succession planning.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective organizational structures and manage transitions.
* Drive employee relations, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and engagement strategies within the marketing context.
* Utilize data and analytics to shape HR strategies and make informed decisions.
* Provide coaching and mentorship across the organization, with a focus on enhancing leadership and management skills within the marketing domain.
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within a product-led environment.
* Strong track record in mentoring and coaching, particularly in building relationships and developing marketing talent.
* Innovative mindset with experience in rolling out creative HR solutions and initiatives.
* Proficiency in English, ensuring effective communication and rapport with our diverse teams.
