Responsibilities
Assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and accurate information.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions in our CRM system for ongoing quality assessment.
Collaborate with your team to enhance the customer service experience and streamline processes.
Participate in training and professional development to stay up to date on products and services.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to management for service enhancements.
Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to adapt to various customer scenarios.
Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
