At PayFit we understand that you can gain applicable skills through a variety of life experiences and we are interested in knowing them, too.**Location :** The position is based in **Barcelona**.**Your role: build from scratch the best payroll solution ever designed in Spain ** 1- Your role is to build the best HR and Payroll solution for the Spanish market. 2- You will use our “in-house” development tool (JetLang), and you will be able to directly impact the design, prioritization, and development of the product. 3- You will work together with our amazing product team, and you will have a high level of autonomy. 4- The position is based within our Spanish team in Barcelona, with a possibility to work from any location as we offer a “work from anywhere” policy for more flexibility and fulfillment. **Your missions** - Integrate with our programming language developed “in-house” **(JetLang),** the local social laws and collective agreements from Spain in our platform;
- Build and develop the product for Spain, in close collaboration with the integral team;
- Create and manage the links between the thousands of variables that make up the intelligence of the system;
- Draw the most efficient and intuitive user paths possible;
- Update permanently the product according to the evolution of the Spanish social law;
- Automate socialdeclarations and other processes to gain scalability.** This job has been tailored for you if you:** - You have been working, at least for **1 to 3 years**, in the digital product field, specifically **with hands-on experience in product development.** - Have **Programming skills** in JavaScript and Python.
- Are eager to contribute to UX, design, and product management.
- Are excellent at collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Are fluent in Spanish and English.
- Thrive in fast-paced and intellectually challenging environments.
- Are Proactive, autonomous, with a curious and innovative spirit.
