Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Madrid.

Prepare, present and ensure yearly sales performance.
Develop and grow a pipeline of new projects for future growth.
Coordinate with Strategic Planning and R&D to market relevant sales campaigns and product focus.
Guide and train the designated Sales Specialist following the Commercial Playbook.
Coordinate and leverage collaboration between internal departments to ensure correct and efficient customer service and response.
Utilize and maintain SalesForce updated to ensure efficient customer management and follow-up.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field (Master’s degree in Business Management or Marketing will be a plus.)
At least 10 years of experience in Sales, or Account Management within the active pharmaceutical ingredients.
Strong understanding of APIs, intermediates, and pharmaceutical industry (both human and veterinary).
Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and developing long-term customer relationships.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and planning abilities.
High level of English (spoken and written); Proficient in CRM tools, ideally Salesforce.
