Senior Reporting and Business Analyst
Location: Barcelona, Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)

About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior Reporting and Business Analyst to join the Business Operations team supporting our Risk & Compliance and Factiva businesses.
In this strategic role, you’ll design and deliver reporting solutions, guide cross-functional decision-making, and identify areas for operational improvement across a fast-moving B2B environment.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple teams, transforming data into insights that drive performance and alignment with our broader business strategy.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys navigating complexity, connecting dots across teams, and influencing strategic outcomes with data.
About the Team
The Business Operations team partners across Risk & Research to align cross-functional B2B teams, enabling them to execute against strategic priorities.
We design scalable, data-informed processes that improve performance and collaboration.
Our team supports the operating rhythm of the business, from analytics and reporting to operational design and project execution.
You Will
* Design and implement data-driven reporting solutions to monitor performance, product usage, and commercial outcomes.
* Translate business intelligence into clear insights for executive reviews, budget planning, and strategic initiatives.
* Identify process inefficiencies and cross-functional misalignments, and develop solutions to improve accountability and execution.
* Lead initiatives to build scalable, repeatable operating models across teams.
* Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to align on strategy, drive projects, and support business planning.
* Contribute to internal best practices in analytics, reporting, and operations.
You Have
* 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategy, operations, or consulting — preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
* Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
* A proven track record in developing reporting frameworks and translating large datasets into actionable insights.
* Experience leading cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
* Solid understanding of business process design, operational efficiency, and change management in complex organizations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and simplify complex issues.
* A bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or analytical field; an advanced degree or PMP certification is a plus.
* Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
