Responsibilities
* Proactively ensure data integrity in system and personal files for Corporate by, auditing and analyzing data, identifying discrepancies and recommending changes in countries under the scope.
* Qualified member to promote The Company's Way culture in the organization.
* Execute labor strategy according to The Company's philosophy avoiding liabilities, leading the relation with union in countries where that model exists.
* Lead the Talent Wheel, support TA with the hiring strategy, facilitate on-boarding, assure Performance Review Process and Rewards while implementing a Talent Planning process.
* Assure payroll incidences are reported on time and with the quality required.
* Executes Selection drill by following the staffing plan.
* Ensure new hire paperwork is received and uploaded into employee files.
* Qualified member of the Compensation team: Salary adjustments, Increases, SIP/LIP (bonus), promotions, reorganizations.
* Integrate training strategy aligned to business and corporate needs.
* Work with Human Resources Director to operationalize HR communications and processes to ensure quality output.
* Assist in the preparation of equity and grant awards for corporate employees.
* Coaching to associates concerning corporate policies and procedures.
* Serve as an active team member to represent line of business in ad-hoc special projects or various development or improvement committees as well as events.
Qualifications
* BA/BS degree required.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Spanish & English (fluent), German is a plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
* Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
* Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure and provide excellent service to employees at all levels.
* Strong self-starter with excellent time and project management skills.
* High degree of integrity to handle confidential assignments.
