About Qida
Qida is a social impact scale-up founded in Barcelona in 2018 with the vision to become the European leader in services to the elderly at home. Our goal is to keep the elderly patients at home, for longer, through both caregiver services, as well as, insurance, data and technology. About the origins
The company was Founded by Oriol Fuertes, McKinsey Alumn in both Spain and London, where he spent c. 10 years doing healthcare work, mostly in public sector. Oriol founded Qida to transform how health and social care system work. He has a strong believe that health and social care systems need a profound reform at global scale to ensure their long term existence (and quality of care) and to do so, cost needs to be reduced. To achieve it, keeping patients at home, with high quality care as well as technology that helps prevent (avoidable) admissions is key. And in Europe, to achieve this goal, working with Public Institutions is fundamental.

Lead Brand and Communication Strategy
Define, execute, and continuously evolve our brand narrative and communication approach, ensuring consistency across all Qida Group while working with the acquisition and commercial team
Build Qida's Group brand architecture and lead the brand integration strategy for our M&A acquisitions.
Drive Local Brand Building and Offline Campaigns - Design and execute offline marketing initiatives (e.g., media, events, sponsorships, field activations) to build strong local brand presence and community relevance
Acquisition strategy
Define and align our digital strategy with the digital acquisition team.
Assess relevant metrics (allocation model, mental availability measurement, etc.) using data to inform decisions and optimize outputs.
Market and customer Intelligence
Stay ahead of trends in the senior market, monitor the competitive landscape and adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
VoC : Get obsessed with our customer - Analyze the company's customers, understand the different segments and behaviors, and proactively propose marketing actions aimed at both acquiring and retaining clients through improving our value proposition and customer experience.

Improve our current service and product portfolio based on VoC and Market intelligence identifying, developing and launching new products and services to improve our value proposition
Develop and Manage a High-performing Team - Recruit, coach, and develop talent across brand, content, PR, acquisition and communications.
The role reports into the CCO and is invited to the Management Team
Requirements
Good person, humble, willing to grow and learn.
Minimum 7 years of experience in leading Marketing roles in start-ups / scale-ups or FMGC (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods).
Has led end-to-end offline media and OOH campaigns (definition, planning and execution).
Has led acquisition teams and worked on the main acq. digital channels.
Has experience leading external coms.
Very well rounded profile : conceptual, analytical, team management and relational.
Extremely hands-on. This is not a position to "oversee", "manage", "only think". This is a position to "think" and "do". The person will work hand in hand with the top execs and middle management.
Fast learner and willing to grow fast in a fast paced environment (but with flexibility and predictability).
Spanish-speaker (although in top management we all speak English, not all staff does and many of the projects will require working directly with contributors from different areas).
Based in Barcelona. 3 days / week remotely, office presence 2 days / week.
