Reporting to the CRO, this leadership position focuses on converting company goals into a high-performance marketing machine that delivers a strongconsistent, high-quality pipeline /strong for the sales organization. /ppYou will design and strongbuild a high-performance, AI-first marketing engine /strong capable of generating consistent, high-quality pipeline and scaling globally. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking with hands-on execution, integrating AI across workflows, campaigns and operations to significantly increase speed, efficiency and impact. /ppstrongWorking closely with Sales, Product and Leadership /strong, you will ensure that marketing is fully aligned with revenue goals and becomes a core driver of business growth. /ppbr/ppstrongSkills Requirements /strong /ppWe seek a senior marketer who balances strategic vision with a hands-on execution mindset. You will: /pulliBuild and orchestrate a network of AI agents and automations /liliAutomate up to 80% of marketing execution /liliIntegrate AI across content, campaigns, personalization and lead scoring /liliTransform marketing from a set of campaigns into a scalable system /liliEnsure strongCRM discipline /strong in HubSpot as the primary source of revenue data. /li /ulpstrongStrategy Planning /strong /pulliEstablish marketing OKRs and lead a full-funnel strategy aligned with commercial targets. /liliManage the annual budget, ensuring optimal ROI and resource allocation. /liliDeliver accurate performance reporting, focusing on attribution and CAC efficiency. /li /ulpstrongBrand Positioning /strong /pulliEvolve and protect strongbrand identity and guidelines /strong. /liliParticipate actively in the stronglaunch of the new vision /strong of the company, adapting our branding to the new needs of the company. /liliDefine market positioning and articulate our unique value proposition. /li /ulpstrongPR Communications /strong /pulliOrchestrate media relations and thought leadership initiatives with industry publications. /liliCreate press releases and executive content aligned with major product milestones. /li /ulpstrongEvents /strong /pulliDesign and execute an strongannual events strategy /strong tied to pipeline generation goals. /liliCoordinate end-to-end logistics for trade shows and international fairs. /li /ulpstrongPartnerships Co-Marketing /strong /pulliIdentify and leverage strongco-marketing opportunities /strong within the hotel tech ecosystem. /liliDevelop joint content and event initiatives with strategic industry partners. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongThe success of the Marketing Director will be measured by the following KPIs: /strong /ppPlease note that Success in this role is measured by business impact, not marketing activity.
