Main Goal
The primary objective is to influence customers to develop the contact lens category by creating new users. This involves changing the mindset of eye care professionals (ECPs) and owners to be more proactive about offering contact lenses.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze businesses to identify opportunities.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive mindset about contact lenses.
* Understand and cater to the needs of various customer channels, including independent retailers, buying groups, and chains.
* Utilize basic tools to develop the contact lens category, such as customer journey mapping, point-of-sale optimization, and database management, as well as organizing training sessions for customers.
* Execute job business plans (JBP) defined for each key account area.
* Broaden the Misight category by educating ECPs on how to improve children's lives.
* Implement coverage plans designed for each area based on customer segmentation and follow the determined sales process.
* Foster strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, sales staff, etc.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Contribute value to the team by being a collaborative member.
* Stay informed about CooperVision programs and utilize them effectively.
* Complete all reporting and administrative duties.
* Maintain minimum knowledge of products, including CooperVision and competitors.
* Attend congresses if requested.
* Prioritize training and self-improvement.
