We are looking for a **Senior Local Product Manager **to join our team in Madrid. If you are a highly committed and proactive professional who likes to work in a team and is keen to be part of the world’s fastest growing music company, BMG would love to hear from you!
**What you’ll be doing**
- Planning, developing and implementing the marketing strategy for our local artists.
- Building strong relationships with artist managers, artists and media partners (Radio, TV, press, magazines )
- Creation of innovative, data-based marketing strategies in collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Streaming, and Sales teams.
- Close collaboration with internal and external partners (A&R;, Supply Chain, Sales, agencies, and promoters)
- Continuous analysis, further development and evaluation of campaigns.
- Providing frequent and relevant reporting to colleagues, artist managers and campaign partners.
**What you bring**
- You have excellent digital and conventional marketing skills and a willingness to implement innovative and creative approaches.
- As a creative individual, you are willing to think outside the box and value the importance of creating an appealing story for every project/artist you work with.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the music business, popular artists and relevant industry stakeholders (agencies, promoters, DSPs ).
- You are highly organized with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities and demanding deadlines.
- You bring proven experience in managing projects/budgets with a high level of analytical skills.
- You are a strong communicator; confident to build collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- You are tech savvy and always up to date with the latest trends and digital advances, especially on the digital music landscape.
- You are keen to attend and support promo actions and scouting, outside of office working hours.
- In addition, you possess a proven track record for excellent attention to detail.
- You are fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
