Senior ServiceNow Consultant
Role Overview
The Senior ServiceNow Consultant will play a key role in the technical implementation and customization of the ServiceNow ITSM platform, supporting solution design and ensuring that the platform follows ServiceNow best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions
* Configuration and development within a domain separated ServiceNow instance
* Development of business rules, client scripts, workflows, and UI policies
* Support of ServiceNow integrations with external systems
* Participation in technical design discussions
* Collaboration with stakeholders and project teams
* Ensuring adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Required Skills
* Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development
* Deep knowledge of ITSM processes
* Experience with domain separated ServiceNow environments
* Solid knowledge of JavaScript
* Experience in enterprise ServiceNow implementations
Certifications
* CSA – mandatory
* CIS ITSM – recommended
Language Requirements
* English – professional working proficiency
* German – nice to have (project environment is German-speaking)
