We work hard, laugh together, and support each other as we pursue massive opportunities in the cloud market.Come join us and help lead the XaaS revolution.**Your role (responsibilities)**:- Multi-task by supporting the Contract Administrators with the lifecycle of a large portfolio of drafted and executed contracts.- Manage the Contract Database, the set-up of contract in Salesforce, the fill in of contact details, searches and compilations of contracts- Manage signature process of contracts through DocuSign tool.- Act as liaison between the CloudBlue Business Operations, Sales leadership and Legal Services teams to drive communication, visibility, and accountability.- Gain a deep understanding of the company's business model and leverage alongside a strong attention to detail, so potential risks to the company can be identified.- Meet work standards by following productivity, quality, and customer service standards.- Ensure the timely delivery of all lifecycle milestones.**Qualifications**:- Team player with strong interpersonal skills- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Organized and detail-oriented skills.- Ability to work with remote team members via online tools across different time zones.- Experience in contract management/procurement is a plusWhen it comes to the **Benefits** of joinning us:- Hybrid working model (remote/office)- Technical and language training (English/Spanish), and development opportunities- Team Building events and activities: CSR, summer and Christmas party, weekly networking hour- Other: equipped canteen and terrace, break area (coffee, cold drinks, arcade machine), fresh fruit, vending...**#LI-MBS
