Senior Recruiter
Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making job offers for a variety of positions.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
3. Work with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and interview questions.
4. Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
5. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on senior-level roles.
3. Proven success in recruiting for various positions, particularly in IT roles and Industry.
4. Fluent in English.
5. Strong understanding of HR and recruitment processes and best practices.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
8. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
9. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
