You will leverage your strategic acumen and analytical prowess to craft data-driven strategies that attract high-quality customers and elevate brand awareness for our consumer-facing products.Your RoleLead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance-driven campaigns for Autohero and Wirkaufendeinauto.De across TV, OOH, Radio, and digital channels, including Streaming platforms and YouTube.Develop and implement measurement and attribution frameworks to maximize the effectiveness of offline and online marketing initiatives.Analyze campaign performance by integrating KPIs with core business data, identifying strategic growth opportunities using advanced analytics tools.Manage budgets and allocate resources across channels to ensure efficient customer acquisition and sustainable brand growth.Build and present data-backed business cases for brand initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with media partners and stakeholders.Negotiate TV pricing and manage relationships with agencies to ensure optimal value and campaign success.Collaborate with creative and production teams, using data insights to inspire innovative campaigns.Identify and evaluate new offline and online channels for growth and competitive advantage.Your Skills5+ years of experience managing complex online and offline marketing campaigns with proven results in a dynamic environment.Exceptional analytical skills, strategic mindset, proficiency in Excel, and experience with SQL or BigQuery is a plus.Strong leadership skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Experience managing agency and media relationships at a senior level.Excellent communication and presentation skills;
