- **Monthly FC in both material cost & inventory**:
- **Update of the B/M tool upon OAE ( BOM, Safety Factor.etc..).**:
- **Support Inventory weekly calls and further inventory actions.**:
- **Support regional manager and BI responsible for specific optimization actions**:
- **Participation together with the RTs in the inventory tasks and ERP transactions.**:
- **Obsolete program. Identification.**:
- **Activation via mail/phone of initiatives such as returning material, claiming arrival of urgent orders and error resolution.**:
- **Review/update Flowstar database upon OSAE mentorship : Standardize data upload format as well as correct incorrect uploads from the past. (This exercise will provide great training value in terms of typology of rotating equipment and sealing systems).**:
- **Interface between LCA / QRC departments for workload management.**:
- **Training among the time being present together the RT and OSAE in the seal repair process ; This will help to make the usual entry trainings for any new RT or OSAE.**
