The goal of Apollo is to facilitate the development of LLM- and Agentic AI applications. You will work as a member of the Apollo team to further expand this internal platform.This position is based in Sant Cugat, Spain.Tasks And Responsibilities- In your new role, you will be the System Engineer of Boehringer lngelheim's Apollo platform. You will design, build and support a highly available LLM and Agentic AI platform- In addition to that, you will closely collaborate with the Apollo Product Owner and the architecture and engineering team members- You will support different product lines of Apollo, such as the enterprise LLM API and a low-code / no-code agent development platform- Moreover, you will monitor and fix platform availability and performance issues as well as implement high availability and disaster recovery solutions to maximize platform availability during planned or unplanned outagesRequirements- Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or in a comparable scientific course of studies or bachelor's degree with practical working experience- Several years of professional experience in an international IT environment- Comprehensive knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (OpenShift), and DevOps tools like Jenkins, Helm, Git- Strong experience in building and maintaining API based systems- Professional coding experience in Python- Experience in setting up application monitoring with protocols / frameworks like Opentelemetry, Prometheus or Dynatrace- Experience in a corporate IT setting (enterprise dev-ops) is beneficial- Experience in the LLM / Agentic AI ecosystem and related technologies (e.G., Huggingface, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, LangChain, LiteLLM, Argilla, DeepEval, Qdrant or other vector databases) is beneficial- Working experience in pharmaceuticals or similar industries is a plus- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (oral and written);
