About the role
We're looking for a proactive, results-oriented Junior Sales & Marketing Representative
with a
degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
. You'll support our go-to-market across regulated industries by generating and qualifying demand, building senior relationships, and creating marketing assets that move leads through the funnel. You will be joining SQS at our Rivas-Vaciamadrid (Madrid) offices.
What you'll do
Sales (Business Development & Enablement)
- Identify and qualify new opportunities in
medical devices and Life Sciences
(inbound & outbound).
- Conduct outbound calls to target accounts, qualifying needs and booking discovery meetings.
- Conduct retention and renewal calls with existing accounts, capturing feedback in the CRM.
- Attend industry trade shows and events
, managing pre-event outreach, on-site meetings, and post-event follow-ups.
- Nurture relationships with
C-level, technical leadership, and QA managers
.
- Maintain the CRM, manage pipeline and forecasts, and support quarterly targets.
Marketing (Demand Gen & Content)
- Create and adapt
content
(one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, decks) focused on QA/validation in regulated environments.
- Support
events/webinars
: speaker prep, invites, follow-ups, and post-event lead processing.
- Update website copy via CMS and coordinate with design for visuals.
- Track
campaign metrics
(MQLs, CTR, form fills) and suggest optimizations.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical discipline.
- Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills; keen attention to detail.
- Customer orientation and relationship-building mindset.
- Interest/understanding of
software processes, system validation, or product quality
- Professional English (C1)
for international client interactions.
- Proactivity, ownership, and a genuine passion for technology and learning new tools.
Nice to have (not required)
- Familiarity with a
CRM
and
CMS
tool.
- Basic analytics/SEO notions and comfort with spreadsheets.
