Job Responsibilities
As a Logistics Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination within our logistics department. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing order and project follow-up.
- Organizing transport logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Preparing packing lists and shipping documents.
- Communicating effectively with customers, suppliers, and project managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
**To succeed in this role, you should have**:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Strong language skills, including proficiency in French and English (Dutch is a plus but not required).
- Experience with import/export operations and international trade.
- Familiarity with Incoterms and experience handling Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees (preferred).
- Knowledge of VAT regulations within the EU.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
