We’re now seeking an Art Director (Mid-Senior Level) to join our creative department and bring visual concepts to life in collaboration with our Art Director Lead.About the roleYou’ll work across multiple projects, from international exhibitions to high-end corporate and sports events, developing visual narratives and design directions that inspire. You’ll combine strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring visual coherence from pitch to production.Key responsibilitiesSupport the Art Director Lead in crafting creative concepts and design guidelines.Translate brand strategies and briefings into visual concepts and storyboards.Design and prepare on-site implementation materials and digital assets.Collaborate with 2D and 3D designers to ensure alignment between design and creative intent.Contribute to pitch decks, mood boards, and visual presentations.Oversee visual consistency and brand integrity across all materials.Support the 3D department in the ideation process, bringing experience not only in events but also in stands and architectural-style spatial projects.Stay up to date with design trends, materials, and event technology.What we’re looking for3–5 years’ experience in art direction, graphic design, or creative production.Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or similar field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).Strong understanding of branding, composition, and storytelling.Excellent visual and verbal presentation skills for client-facing presentations and meetings.Fluency in English (C2) and Spanish.Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to challenges.What we offerCreative environment working on top international events.Professional growth with guidance from the Art Director Lead.International, collaborative, and energetic culture.Hybrid flexibility after initiation period.One of the best workplaces in Barcelona.Apply via email: mick@iventions.comPlease include a brief description of your background and profile.
