Your Mission: As a National Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and optimizing daily sales to achieve our ambitious strategic goals.
Your Responsibilities Lead sales efforts across clinics throughout Spain, focusing on direct-to-consumer sales. Train, motivate, and mentor both Sales and Medical teams in our clinics. Collaborate with local teams to ensure smooth sales processes, execution, and conversion. Ensure adherence to best practices and standardized procedures across all locations. Provide ongoing training and develop educational materials for clinic staff. Monitor sales metrics to meet quality standards. Proactively and reactively implement contingency plans to address challenges in visit volumes. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and challenge the status quo. Build excellent cross-functional relationships to ensure teams deliver results aligned with corporate OKRs.
What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Proven expertise in B2 C direct sales .
Strong leadership skills: demonstrated ability to lead and motivate sales teams across a wide network of clinics. Fluency in English .
