Store visit: Meet the team, see the store and eye test rooms, and get a real feel for the role. During this visit, we also check the technical skills required for the role.

Will I receive training and support as an optician? Yes – from day one, you'll get tailored onboarding, access to our learning hub and ongoing training on lenses, products, and customer care. We also support certification programs and specialist training, including financial support where possible, to help you grow your career.
What career growth opportunities are available for opticians? We support internal mobility, specialist tracks and leadership development. From training as a Refractionist (where applicable) or certified Optician, to advancing to Head Optician or dual roles, there are clear paths to grow in-store.
