How will you apply your skills and talents?
1. Implementing and customizing core insurance systems such as Guidewire, TIA, or INSIS
2. Ensuring high quality and maturity of implemented solutions
3. Developing our own systems as part of an internal R&D team
4. Designing IT solutions, supporting architecture decisions, and preparing documentation
5. Creating unit tests
6. Collaborating directly with clients as an active member of an agile project team

1. Fluency in Spanish and English
2. Commercial experience in any OOP (preferably Java) programming language
3. Good understanding of design patterns, software engineering, and best practices
4. Strong communication and teamwork skills
5. Ability to learn quickly in a friendly yet challenging environment
6. Willingness to learn new technologies and solutions
7. Readiness to travel regularly
