Our client, a leading company in the aviation industry, is seeking to employ a German Speaking VP Of Sales in Palma.
Purpose of Position :
To generate new business sales to our key target audience, including High Net Worth Individuals and Corporations, to achieve the sales quota for your specific territory. Additionally, you will secure sales of renewals, trades, and add-ons to existing customers by fostering and developing relationships with these individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Develop and create new sales opportunities through customer prospecting, lead follow-up, interest development, closure, and post-close handoff to an Account Executive and Owner Services. Help develop the company's brand via representation of products, programs, capabilities, and partnerships.
2. Establish, build, and expand relationships with existing and potential customers through regional activities with affinity partnerships and personal networks.
3. Retain and service long-term relationships with Owners in coordination with Account Executives and Owner Services.
4. Work with a Sales Consultant and/or independently to develop and maintain accurate prospect and Owner data using Salesforce.com and other systems.
5. Complete sales reports promptly and accurately, including sales forecasts and territory business plans.
Personal Specification :
* 10-15 years of work-related sales experience.
* Fluency in Business English, Spanish, and German.
* Minimum 5 years in a luxury customer-facing role.
* Proven experience in focusing on continuous self-improvement and adherence to sales processes as defined by management.
* In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory, the full line of company's products and services, and those of competitors.
