We are looking for a Senior Back Office Engineer with solid experience in Core CS Network operations and maintenance to join a strategic NOC support project.
Work Type: On-site or Remote (Outside Madrid)
Availability: 24x7 Support (on-call and night shifts)
Provide 2nd line operations and maintenance support for the Core CS network.
Lead technical taskforces and coordinate complex, multi-department projects.
Implement network changes following ITIL processes.
Coach and mentor junior engineers to strengthen team expertise.
Participate in emergency calls alongside the Incident Manager for issue resolution coordination.
Prior experience working on the MasMovil Network (preferably within a NOC) is highly valued.
Minimum 3 years in Core Network maintenance and operations, ideally in the MM NOC in Romania .
Experience with ICT operations and maintenance support .
English : Database Administration: Oracle, LDAP, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Unix/Linux Administration: Solaris 8/9/10, OpenBSD, RedHat, Ubuntu, Debian.
Virtualization Suites: Solaris Containers, VMware ESXi.
Platforms: SDM, IMS, Core CS, Call Server, Softswitch, Interco.
Core CS Network Elements: HLR, HSS, Switches, SLF, S-CSCF, P-CSCF, I-CSCF, AS, OSA, CAMEL, MRF, MGW, MGCF, BGCF, SGW, Softswitch, etc. (Work on challenging projects for big clients
