The Role
Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns (paid, email, outbound)
Build a repeatable, data-led pipeline engine using tools like HubSpot, Clearbit, and Apollo
Partner closely with Sales and Product Marketing to deliver qualified opportunities
Optimise lead workflows, enrichment, and reporting for accuracy and insight
Measure, analyse, and continually refine campaign performance to accelerate growth
Desired Skills & Experience
B2B growth or demand generation experience (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred)
Strong grasp of CRM, automation, and enrichment tools (HubSpot, Clay, Clearbit, Apollo)
Analytical and strategic mindset - comfortable with metrics, attribution, and pipeline impact
Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration skills
Experience with outbound and ABM tactics a plus
