We design and manufacture innovative outdoor decking systems used in high-end hospitality, residential, and architectural projects worldwide. Our solutions are supported by patented technologies, including a unique removable decking system that allows maintenance access without dismantling entire decks — a feature particularly valuable for hotels and resorts.
Today, our products are present in more than 40 countries, yet many large markets remain largely untapped.
We are looking for someone who can help us unlock the next phase of growth.

It is an opportunity to build markets and develop strategic partnerships globally.
The Mission
The mission is simple:
Identify high-potential markets, build relationships with hospitality groups, architects, and developers, and establish the right distribution partners to support project delivery.
Our strategy increasingly focuses on the hospitality sector, where our system offers clear advantages for long-term maintenance and operational efficiency.
This role will play a key part in introducing our solutions to hotel brands, hospitality architects, and project developers involved in new hotel and resort developments worldwide.
What the Role Looks Like
You will work directly with the company's leadership to expand our presence in international markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Identifying and developing relationships with hospitality groups and resort developers
• Engaging with hospitality architects and design studios involved in hotel projects
• Opening new markets and establishing the right distribution partners
• Generating project opportunities and converting them into long-term business
• Representing the brand at international events, trade shows, and client meetings
• Managing the commercial process from market identification to project realization
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in international business development or B2B sales
• Experience in building materials, architectural products, outdoor living, or construction-related sectors
• Ability to develop relationships with architects, developers, or hospitality groups
• Strong commercial instincts and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally
