To support the continued growth of
Bicentury, we are looking for a
Product Manager
who will join the Marketing team, reporting to the Brand Manager and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive both brand development and new growth opportunities.
This role is idóneo for a professional with

of experience who wants to grow within a dynamic marketing environment, combining strategic thinking with hands-on project execution.
ROLE MISSION
As a
BICENTURY PRODUCT MANAGER, you will contribute to the development and execution of the brand’s marketing strategy, managing key initiatives end-to-end while identifying new opportunities for growth.
Working closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving brand performance and ensuring Bicentury continues to evolve in a competitive and dynamic market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Brand & Marketing plan execution
Support the development and implementation of the
annual marketing plan.
Lead & coordinate marketing initiatives ensuring alignment across departments.
Coordinate
brand activations & campaigns
with internal teams and agencies.
Support the definition & execution of
Media plans
(ATL, digital and in-store).
2. Innovation & Portfolio development
Lead
innovation and renovation projects
from concept to launch.
Work closely with R&D;, Operations, Trade and Finance to ensure successful product development.
Contribute to
portfolio optimization
by identifying opportunities for new products, improvements or delisting.
3. Media & Channel activation
Support the management of
media investment
across online or offline channels.
Coordinate with
media agencies
to ensure effective campaign execution.
Collaborate with digital teams and partners to strengthen the brand’s presence in
e-commerce and digital platforms.
4. Market & Performance analysis
Monitor
brand performance, market trends and competitive activity.
Analyse
sell-in & sell-out, and consumer insights to identify opportunities & risks.
Prepare reports and recommendations to support
data-driven decision-making.
5. Identify & Explore new growth opportunities
Stay close to
consumer trends, new channels and emerging platforms.
Identify opportunities to expand into
new audiences, partnerships or initiatives.
Develop and test
new concepts
that can contribute to future brand growth.
PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
3 years experience
in Marketing or Product Management, preferably in FMCG.
Strong project management and
cross-functional collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset combined with creativity and curiosity.
Proactive,
hands-on and
eager to take ownership of projects.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Curious to exploring new ideas, consumer trends and growth opportunities.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
