The person will work on large-scale, complex real projects across multiple countries, actively participating in different strategic and operational phases with direct business impact.

How will we collaborate?
- Participation in projects within the hospitality sector, focused on F&B.;
- Analysis, structuring and follow-up across different development phases.
- Coordination and support in internal processes related to operations, expansion and development.
- Participation in the creation and optimisation of processes, documentation and work structures.
- Support in business analysis, research and development of new initiatives.
- Cross-functional collaboration with different teams and profiles involved in the projects.
What tools and skills are we looking for?

Essential requirements
- Analytical skills, structured thinking and strong judgement.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- AutoCAD knowledge.
- Minimum English level: B2.
Highly valued
- Knowledge of BIM tools and Adobe Suite.
- Any additional technical, creative or analytical skills.
