About the role
Compliance ensures Revolut’s products meet regulatory standards and promote excellent customer outcomes. The team excels at digital testing and data-driven solutions to manage conduct risk. As our insurance products grow, so does our Compliance team. We need an Insurance Compliance Manager to oversee the regulatory framework for insurance distribution, ensuring consumer protection practices are compliant. This is a hands-on role requiring familiarity with insurance and distribution requirements across the EEA, and enthusiasm for working on cutting-edge products.
What you'll be doing
* Advising on compliance requirements for insurance products and controls
* Supporting insurance distribution operations across the EEA
* Creating, assessing, and implementing policies
* Reviewing insurance initiatives and providing compliance feedback
* Managing training programs
* Assessing and approving marketing communications
* Analyzing customer complaints for compliance risks
* Collaborating to improve customer outcomes
* Conducting compliance monitoring activities
* Scanning regulations and translating them into business actions
* Mapping regulatory requirements to controls and addressing gaps
* Working with Risk and Legal teams to resolve issues
* Proactively identifying regulatory issues and recommending solutions
* Liaising with stakeholders, including regulators
What you'll need
* Experience in compliance risk management within consultancy, compliance, or regulation
* Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis, policy creation, and implementation
* Expertise in insurance distribution and FOS business models
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines
* Understanding of compliance and business risk interaction
* Strong communication skills with internal teams and regulators
* Attention to detail and sound judgment
* Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements for insurance intermediaries
* Willingness to develop expertise in crypto and privacy areas
Compensation range
Lithuania: €4,600 - €5,500 gross monthly
