We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with a functional profile focused on designing and optimizing customer journeys. You will work alongside business, CRM, and data teams to translate commercial objectives into effective automated campaigns that drive conversion, retention, and engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Design, execute, and optimize automated journeys.
* Segment audiences based on behavior and lifecycle.
* Collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams.
* Measure and improve campaign performance.
* Ensure quality in multichannel activations (email, push, SMS, etc.).
Profile:
* More than 3 years in marketing automation.
* Functional focus and business orientation.
* Ability to interpret data and optimize journeys.
* Desirable: knowledge of Oracle Responsys or similar platforms.
Additional desirable experience includes customer lifecycle management, personalization, trigger-based activation, and retail industry experience.
