We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Specialist EMEA to drive brand awareness, community engagement, and lead generation through compelling content and smart execution across all social platforms.
You will play a key role in shaping and growing our social presence across the EMEA region, combining daily management with campaign development and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational
o Own the day-to-day management of social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others as needed), in collaboration with the local education & marketing teams.
o Localize and schedule content tailored for EMEA audiences, working with local coordinators and external agencies.
o Manage a content calendar in alignment with product launches, events, and campaigns.
o Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals and video content.
o Engage with the community: monitor conversations, respond to messages, and manage comments across platforms.
o Track social KPIs weekly/monthly and prepare performance reports.
o Ensure execution of social media components within broader regional media plans, supporting traditional and educational marketing initiatives.
* Strategic
o Co-develop regional media plans with the Education and Traditional Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with the product launch calendar, course schedules, and local goals
o Develop and refine the EMEA social media strategy aligned with global brand direction.
o Analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities to adjust strategic planning.
o Partner with the digital marketing team to integrate paid social, SEO, and web campaigns into an omnichannel experience.
o Support brand storytelling through KOLs collaborations, doctor spotlights, educational content, and campaigns.
o Work closely with local market leads and the global team to ensure social strategy reflects regional priorities and cultural nuances.
o Recommend tools, workflows, and innovations to enhance efficiency and impact.
Qualifications and Skills
o 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or premium B2B/B2C brands.
o Experience working across multiple countries or languages is a strong plus.
o Strong knowledge of platform best practices and trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
o Proficient in scheduling tools, analytics tools, and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
o Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) is a plus.
o Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
o A strong sense of initiative, organization, and attention to detail.
